





To protect our clients and our contractor community, we look for cleaners who meet these minimum requirements:
Must have atleast 1 year of paid residential or commercial cleaning experience (required).
You must have reliable transportation to and from jobs.
You must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment.
Must have or able to obtain General Liability Insurance. (We can provide a list of companies, if needed)
Ability to pass a basic background check where required.
A smartphone to receive job details and communicate with our team is a must.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
You are hiring us as your booking partner, not as an employer.
All cleaners work with KLY Cleaning Services as independent contractors (1099), not W-2 employees. You control how you run your cleaning work and responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

Every Friday via direct deposit to your bank account.
We pay you 60% of each job you do, we take 40% for our services this comes out to about $25-$30 per hour. Ex. If you do a 1 bed / 1 bath that costs $100 and it takes you 2 hours to do. That is essentially $30p/h.
Few places we recommend, Hiscox or Next Insurance costs about $50 per month.
When you arrive, you let us know the condition and what expectations to set.
As much or as little as you want, the better you do with our clients the more jobs you get.
